Zenray Hot Sauce was founded by Brian Hanley and is the fiery result of a lifelong obsession with all things spicy. After more than a decade running a successful restaurant and nightclub—and three years field-testing hundreds of hot sauce concoctions—Brian finally set a new standard for flavor, heat, and questionable life choices.
Born and raised in upstate New York, Brian first mastered the sacred art of Buffalo Hot Wings at his family’s restaurant/nightclub, under the watchful eye of his dad. His love for bold, delicious flavors quickly spiraled out of control, leading him to test his creations on the bravest souls he could find: unsuspecting friends, adventurous neighbors, and anyone who dared to say, “It’s not that hot, is it?”
